Name That Baby Boy

It's time to start thinking about names. Bart and I have very different ideas of what a great name is.
We have Brennan Daniel and Jackson Gabriel...so...what should baby boy #3 be named?

8 Words to brighten my day:

Jeffrey David, but then, I'm prejudiced.

We read the baby name book cover to cover and each made our own lists to compare. There's bound to be a few that will be on both lists.
And, you seem to have a trend of an unusual, but still trendy, first name with a more classic middle name. So maybe come up with a list of unusual and a list of classic names and see which combos look good.

I could see you with a Tyson or a Clayton. Maybe another biblical middle name like Noah or Samuel. Good luck!

I love western names. What about Dillon, Wyatt or Dakota? I would have named Mason one of these but since Lorin's family is so big Mason already had cousins with these names. I seriously had to ask my mother-in-law about every name on our list to make sure no one else had used it. Lorin is one of nine children and he has tons of cousins, so you see how this could pose a problem.

I just saw some example baby name anouncements using the name Owen James- I thought that was super cute. I also love the name Dalton but Troy hates it and I also like the name Grant but probably as a middle name like William Grant or something like that. I too like the name Wyatt, but I think Troy was just so-so on that. For some reason he adores Landon but Peyton was the only name we BOTH loved! If we have a boy next (which I am sure we will) his name will most likely be Colton Walker- and watch how many sports buffs will think that since we have a boy named Peyton Chandler and one named Colton Walker that we love the Colts and Peyton Manning. Actually both are just a coincidence. ;-)
