So, today is my MOM's group's book club and they read Wicked. I read this book in LA with my book club there, and I have since developed a bit of an obsession with the wicked witch. I struggled to read this book, because at times it is boring or I just didn't care, but once I finished it, I became a woman on a quest. Is this how Oz was portrayed by L. Frank Baum? Was the wicked witch kind of (but not really) just singled out because she was green? Was Liir her son?
Anyways, I went on to watch the movie (which I slept through), read the children's book, and read Son of a Witch, Wicked's follow up.
So, I want to go to the book club...
but I also want to watch the last Prison Break with Bart.
It’s gonna be okay.

4 Words to brighten my day:
I'm sure Prison Break can be viewed later that night online, or Bart can record it for you. The book club meeting will only happen once! One of these days I'll get around to reading "wicked". I would much rather see the musical.
I love the musical but I've never read the book. Did you like it? I heard it had some rather inappropriate parts.
That is one of those books that I keep picking up and putting down at Barnes and Noble. I can never quite get it up to the checkout counter because some other book always wins out. Would you say it was a good read or is it kind of dry?
NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR OWN $$$ ON...MAYBE CHECK IT OUT OR SOMETHING.
