I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that these boys of mine are definitely their father's children. (I mean, I know it anyways, but now I know that aliens did not sneak in and impregnant me in the night.)
Conversation overheard coming from top of stairs (after we pumped up the LSU snow sled this morning) as I check email.
B: Just get on and I will push you down the stairs.
J: Okay.
B: Hold on!
My interest is caught and the wheels quickly turn.
Oh, crap! Brennan is about to push Jackson down the stairs on the sled onto the ceramic tiles of the entry way!
Good thing I am fast as lightening and stopped that before it happened.
Yep, just like their daddy.
(The picture is Jack on the sled last winter. We will test it out this year on Christmas day when the "heat wave" of 36 or 40 degrees hits. Hope it doesn't melt the snow too fast!)
This is Bart sometime right after we moved to our new home, testing out his theory of sledding down the basement steps.

3 Words to brighten my day:
We used to get in sleeping bags and go down the stairs. It was the best. Mom hated it and the best part was at the foot of the stiars was a straight shot to the back door. A few times we'd open the back door and slide right out. SOooo fun! Oh and it's cushion too. Let the boys try that, you'd bought love to never stop them ;)
I still laugh every time I see that video of Bart. It cracks me up!
That video is too funny!
